06 · Platform Vision
Built once. Reused on every program.
The reusable platform and mobile-first redesign are both complete and ready to roll out together. Cabo is the first test-drive: One10 will train on it, use it in the field, review it, and feedback will be folded into final refinements.
Mobile-First Redesign
CompleteMobile-first, browser-ready, and rolling out with Cabo
The redesign is now complete and mobile-first. The primary experience is built for mobile devices, with the browser version fully mirroring the mobile-first design and remaining functional across desktop use. Mobile always takes precedence.
Based on One10 team feedback, the platform has been simplified, streamlined, and decluttered. Duplicated information is combined into one home, and the three core pillars of Site Inspection Itinerary, Program Itinerary, and Budget remain the primary focus, with supporting content organized around them rather than competing for attention.
This redesign will roll out alongside the Cabo program and the reusable platform. One10 will review the experience in the field and provide feedback, which Craft will apply when refining the product for final rollout.
Ready to Test
Ready to TestBuilt, ready, and test-driven by Cabo
The reusable platform is built and ready to validate. The Cabo Digital Site Inspection will serve as the first test-drive to make sure the platform functions properly and is intuitive to use.
One10 will be trained on the platform, will use it in the field, and will review the experience. Feedback from that test-drive will be folded into final refinements so the platform is polished before broader rollout.
Companion Apps
Scoped · Not in DeliveryDesigned in, ready when called
Attendee Companion Apps are part of the original scope direction and the framework has been built to support them — but they are not part of the current delivery. When One10 is ready to activate, the infrastructure is already in place.
