This is not a per-program fee. The engagement is a combined cost to build the platform and support individual site inspections in tandem. For simplicity it was billed as seven installments of $19,500 running alongside the rollout. The Ritz-Carlton Yacht Collection was an additional scope item, delivered and billed independently at $3,500 — now paid in full.
